David is a results-driven strategic thinker, with extensive experience as a solutions engineer and organisational transformation specialist for universities and large educational institutions. As both an educational and technical specialist, David is able to translate pedagogical requirements into technical specifications to ensure that projects are managed efficiently. David is a researcher at the University of Adelaide and consults with large educational institutions in compliance, learning innovations and technological transformations
Caitlin Cleghorn
Caitlin is a Melbourne-based digital learning designer, writer, editor and teacher with a passion for edTech, plain language and accessibility. She has worked across universities, RTOs, professional organisations and businesses to create engaging and compliant courses, largely in online environments.
She is an expert in Articulate Rise, Canvas, Moodle, Canva, H5P, Trello, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint, and has advanced knowledge of Jira, AI platforms, Evolve and more. Caitlin specialises in digital learning transformation, content writing and editing, and creative innovations in online learning environments.
Dr Philip Uys (PhD)
Dr Uys is an innovative, strategic educational advisor in higher education and TVET on open, blended and remote learning. He brings a warm, personalised approach to team leadership by fostering team capability development as he manages significant organisational transformational projects. Philip is recognised as an expert in leading quality assurance and educational impact analyses with the goal of delivering personalised learning experiences in the most efficient way.
He facilitates benchmarking in Higher Education institutions with a view to bringing clarity to complex technological processes and supports staff and multidisciplinary teams with faculty and teacher training that includes course development, blended learning and innovative MOODLE LMS use. Philip leads curriculum development projects that define and implement strategies regarding learning technologies/digitalisation and digital learning.
Elias Arapoglou
Elias started and ran a high-profile technology company for 23 years and is a senior consultant with Exousia Management Consulting and Creative IT (Aust.). Elias offers a broad range of experience and expertise to customers in technology management, enterprise architecture and cybersecurity frameworks.
With a holistic approach to enterprise architecture, Elias serves customers in key areas of expertise that include assessing existing technology platforms for process enhancement, business continuity planning and cost-benefit analyses of existing technologies. Elias works closely with organisational teams not only to enhance the use of technologies but to develop their awareness of issues that impact the effectiveness of the organisation’s values and mission.

Glen has extensive experience in instructional design and project management. He is specialising in gamification in his professional doctorate studies. He brings a range of advanced skills in eLearning development, spanning the design and development of popular and engaging interactive experiences such as animated explainers, simulations and demonstrations.
For clients exploring new and innovative approaches to learning, Glen uses multimedia, digital game-based learning and analytics-focused learning design with the goal of delivering a seamless user experience.
